Where do you ship?
I ship worldwide excluding countries in the EU and EEA.
What is Stamped Letter shipping?
For orders under 1oz (a handful of stickers), you are eligible for the cheapest shipping option: stamped letter envelope. Your order will be packaged in a regular envelope with a postage stamp. Tracking is not provided.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed and shipped from Hayward, California. Our processing time is between 1-4 business days. Once your order has been processed, shipping time will depend on your selected shipping preference and location.
Domestic Orders (within the USA)
- USPS Stamped Letter (NO TRACKING): 3-14 business days
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days
- USPS Priority Express: 1-2 business days
International Orders (outside the USA)
- USPS Stamped Letter (NO TRACKING): 6-28 business days
- USPS First Class: 7-21 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 6-10 business days
- DHL Express: 3-6 business days
Please note that shipping times may be affected by current environmental conditions between us and your shipping destination.
Do you provide tracking?
All shipping options except Stamped Letter will include tracking. We highly recommend selecting Ground Advantage, First Class, Priority Mail, or Express for more security and assurance that your order will arrive to you.
If you choose Stamped Letter, we will not be able to validate shipping and delivery status, nor accept lost or stolen mail claims.
What shipping service do you use?
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL.
If you require a specific shipping service to ensure delivery to your location, please contact us prior to placing an order.
Why are there taxes?
Unfortunately, that is the cost of doing business. Here at Monotonous Diary, we sell physical products that are subject to taxes. If your state/county/government requires us to collect taxes, then we must comply.
Are there duties and import taxes for international orders?
Yes. Customers are responsible for paying any required duties and import taxes based on your country. You may be subject to pay the duties and import taxes when your package arrives. We are not responsible for any unpaid duties and import taxes.
If your order is eligible for Stamped Letter shipping, then you will not be subject to additional duties and import taxes.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
No, all orders are final.
My items arrived damaged?
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us with a proof of damage photo, along with your order number, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Some of the items I ordered are missing?
If your order is missing items, please contact us with a proof of package received photo, along with your order number, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
I put in the wrong shipping address. Can you update the address?
Contact us immediately with your order number and correct address. If your order was already processed and dropped off with the courier, then we cannot intercept it.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
